Launching on May 21, 2025, the Balenciaga | Automobili Lamborghini collaboration—first unveiled as part of the Fall 25 collection—celebrates a shared commitment to cutting-edge innovation, blending automotive aesthetics and super sports car excellence with Balenciaga’s codes and volumes.
Founded by Ferruccio Lamborghini in 1963, the industry-leading Italian super sports car manufacturer Automobili Lamborghini is renowned for its high-performance super sports cars, characterized by innovative design and engineering.
The Balenciaga | Automobili Lamborghini series spans ready-to-wear, leather goods, jewelry, and accessories, with key styles including oversized bomber jackets, motorsports-inspired leather racing jackets, T-shirts, hoodies, and trompel’oeil layered shirts printed with artwork depicting the 2025 Lamborghini Temerario. The series is available in select Balenciaga stores worldwide, as well as on balenciaga.com and balenciaga.cn.
The collaboration introduces new versions of the Rodeo, Hourglass, Explorer, and Carrie bags, adorned with the Automobili Lamborghini Shield emblem, alongside the Dashboard Clutch and charms inspired by the Shield emblem and the Temerario’s key fob.
The Balenciaga | Automobili Lamborghini campaign—lensed by photographer Stef Mitchell—features models Agel, Liz, Abdou, and Mihai alongside the Lamborghini Revuelto, wearing looks from the Fall 25 collection styled with pieces from the series.
In celebration of the Balenciaga | Automobili Lamborghini collaboration special activations will take place worldwide featuring customized super sports cars, artworks, videos, and an in-store Automobili Lamborghini Apple Vision Pro virtual experience.
An outdoor activation featuring Lamborghini Revuelto super sports cars with Balenciaga graffiti decals will be presented in front of Balenciaga flagships worldwide, including Avenue Montaigne in Paris, Taikoo Hui in Shanghai, Greene Street in New York, the Design District in Miami, Dubai Mall, The Hyundai in Seoul, as well as a special location in the Toranomon district in Tokyo—each region showcasing a unique colorway.
To commemorate the collaboration, a new edition of the Balenciaga Art in Stores project will feature an exclusive Balenciaga | Automobili Lamborghini edition of German artist Yngve Holen’s Platooning Facial Skeleton series. The artworks recontextualize Automobili Lamborghini’s car components, mounting them individually to highlight and reveal their anatomy. The sculptures will be exhibited at select Balenciaga flagships, including Avenue Montaigne in Paris, Via Montenapoleone in Milan, and New Bond Street in London.
An in-store activation featuring Automobili Lamborghini driving simulators by Vesaro—incorporating genuine Lamborghini components and designed in collaboration with Lamborghini Centro Stile—will be installed in Balenciaga flagships at Rue Saint-Honoré in Paris, Sloane Street in London, and Taikoo Hui in Shanghai.
A livestream video inspired by POV race footage—filmed from the interior and exterior of a Lamborghini Revuelto—will be played in a continuous loop across the House’s social media platforms, depicting routes that lead to Balenciaga flagships in Shanghai and Miami.
An exclusive in-store activation of Automobili Lamborghini’s Apple Vision Pro experience will allow users to explore the new Lamborghini Temerario, offering the House’s clients the opportunity to connect with Automobili Lamborghini’s world through immersive virtual reality technology.
